i really liked this book a lot, i picked it cuz it had a cool cover and name and hey, i might’ve been called jailbait before. anyways….this book is about a high school girl who has a relationship with a much older man, kinda self explanatory. it’s not very graphic, but i wouldn’t recommend reading it if you have issues with rape, etc. because there are some iffy events. i mostly liked it because i could relate a lot, high school senior, jewish, loser. whatever. and it’s set in long island, i love reading books that are set somewhere i’m familiary with, my grandparents are from long island so i’ve been some places mentioned, like jones beach. i also know what the general feel is around there, like what lifes like in the suburbs. anyways, it was super cool, i would recommend it. boys probably wouldn’t like it, not being sexist or shit calm down just girls could relate more alright?

i really liked this one, it did make me cry, books with shitty parents tend to do that to me, sometimes books with great parents too. i can relate a lot to the girl in this book. nothings a big deal until the shit hits the fan. say to your friend “i love that shirt i’m gonna steal it” and you don’t think twice, until said shirt goes missing and you’re the number one suspect. you never know what someone is really thinking, important signs can get easily overlooked. this book is about a girl whose boyfriend shoots up the school and then kills himself. the therapist in this book also kicks ass, wouldn’t it be nice if all your problems could be solved in a year? very insightful about how tragedies can make or break families, and how people can’t keep everything inside, they have to let it out somehow. again, i would recommend this book.

About this blog

i’ll be doing book reviews, i read a lot and i read very fast, all of the books will be fiction with a few exceptions. i swear, i won’t be typing correctly or using correct grammar, capitalizing, etc. i feel its unnecessary, i can convey my thoughts effectively without it. my reviews are not long, i’m just trying to give you the gist of things, they dont give anything away. if you have any questions about a book, want me to go in more detail, feel free to ask. i’m also open to book suggestions and feel free to ask if i have read a certain book, i have read a lot of books.
